The bathroom cabinet is made of rubber wood, which provides nice texture, coupled with hardness and abrasion resistance. An independent laboratory monitors the quality of products before they reach the market. For example, we conduct impact tests using a 45 kilogram sandbag on the shower room, and percolating water tests on door seams. The special steel and copper micro bearing wheels we use undergo a 20,000-use sliding test. This commitment to quality has earned us numerous certificates, including CE, KITE MARK, JYC GLASS 16 CFR 1201 II,and AS/NZS2208:1996, so customers can feel secure in purchasing our products.

We constantly strive to reduce costs while maintaining product quality so we can offer our shower room, bathroom cabinet, and shower tray at economical prices. For example, we adopted the Dolin bending machine from Italy, Atlas helical-lobe air compressor from Sweden, and we use a domestically produced advanced double saw machine and automatic strapping machine. We have also developed five milling and drilling machines ourselves. Automated manufacturing greatly increases our production, while ensuring standard quality and reducing labor cost. We use 8S site management and ERP system, in order to accomplish overall production management and better control costs in every production process. Efficient use of resources is also a priority in cost reduction.
